“ Food was great but the service needs work. Girl taking the order needs to LISTEN to what is being ordered and should study the menu so she can know what is being sold there. Ordered a couple of steak soft tacos and ended up with 2 crunchy tacos. Big difference... then when we asked her about it at the window she assured us we got the right items and would not shut up long enough to listen to what we asked for and wanted. We checked the food before leaving and saw that the order was WRONG. We dont live close to the this Taco Bell so good thing we checked before getting all the way home. ”
